Compounding
ASM manufactures liquid and semi-solid pharmaceutical formulations through GMP-compliant mixing processes under controlled cleanroom conditions in accordance with ClassD / ISO 8 standards and ATEX II explosion protection requirements.
Our flexible manufacturing platform accommodates batch sizes ranging from 1 to 4,000 liters. Comparable vessel geometries across different scales enable efficient and reliable process transfer from pilot to commercial manufacturing.
For formulations with specific processing requirements, we also evaluate the use of additional mixing vessels to optimize process performance and ensure consistent product quality.
Filling & Primary Packaging
Our modern, proprietary filling lines combine high efficiency with exceptional flexibility and fully comply with international GMP requirements. Operating under cleanroom conditions up to Class C / ISO 7, our facilities are also equipped to handle flammable propellants and raw materials in explosion-protected environments.
With extensive expertise in aerosol filling, we work with a wide range of valve systems and filling technologies. We also fill liquid and semi-solid formulations into tubes, as well as glass and plastic bottles with various closure systems.
For pilot batches and clinical trial materials, we offer GMP-compliant small-scale filling on commercial-scale equipment, providing representative process conditions and enabling a seamless transition to commercial production.
Secondary Packaging & Serialization
We provide flexible and efficient secondary packaging, serialization, and aggregation services for finished pharmaceutical products. Our capabilities include folding cartons with package leaflets, export cartons, blister packs, cellophane wrapping, shrink packaging, and customized display solutions.
